Lifetime Real Estate was founded in 2004 by Kathleen Nguyen. For more than 25 years, she has immersed herself in the real estate industry, dedicating her career to providing comprehensive residential and commercial services in San Diego and its surrounding areas. Throughout her career, she has successfully buy and sell both residential and commercial properties, completing transactions totaling over $250 million for her clients.
Her approach combines traditional and innovative real estate solutions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She is also a real estate investor, her investment journey began in 2004 with a single-family rental property in San Diego, and has since grown to include multiple single-family rentals, multi-family syndications, and both performing and non-performing notes.
Currently, she focuses on business funding, private money partnerships, and assisting clients in building their portfolios through multi-family syndications. As an entrepreneurial leader, she is committed to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration.
She also takes great pride in serving as a Real Estate Connector, creating bridges between investors and investment opportunities. She hosts a monthly investor Meet-Up group called "The San Diego Cash Flow," which is dedicated to promoting real estate education, networking, and capital alignment.
Outside of her professional life, she cherishes tropical vacations and Caribbean cruises with her family. Married for over 20 years and a mother of two, she has called San Diego home for over four decades. She is deeply grateful for the opportunities available in the US and is profoundly appreciative of those dedicated to ensuring freedom and opportunities for our great nation.
