Hello, my name is Kathleen Nguyen, I am a real estate broker with Lifetime Real Estate. For more than 25 years, I have immersed myself in the real estate industry, dedicating my career to providing comprehensive residential and commercial services in San Diego and its surrounding areas. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed acquisitions of both residential and commercial properties, completing transactions totaling over $250 million.

My approach combines traditional and innovative real estate solutions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My real estate investment journey began in 2004 with a single-family rental property in San Diego, and has since grown to include multiple single-family rentals, multi-family syndications, and both performing and non-performing notes. During the 2007 recession, I ventured into fix-and-flip projects, later shifting to non-performing seconds.

Currently, I focus on transaction funding, private money partnerships, and assisting clients in building their portfolios through multi-family syndications. As an entrepreneurial leader, I am committed to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration.

I also take great pride in serving as a Real Estate Connector, creating bridges between investors and investment opportunities. I host a monthly investor Meet-Up group called "The San Diego Cash Flow," which is dedicated to promoting real estate education, networking, and capital alignment.

Outside of my professional life, I cherish tropical vacations and Caribbean cruises with my family. Married for over 20 years and a mother of two, I have called San Diego home for over four decades. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities available in the US and am profoundly appreciative of those dedicated to ensuring freedom and opportunities for our great nation.
